Grounded in an innate ability to listen intently and nonjudgmentally, my coaching approach is tailored to your needs in the moment. Our sessions begin by focusing on what is most important for you to achieve in our time together and end with a reflection on what you discovered about yourself.
Through courageous exploration, care, empathy, and thought-provoking questions and conversations, the answers you seek are revealed. You are then able to act on what was discussed from a place of strength, confidence, and conviction.

Coaching Programs
One-on-One Coaching
I offer three one-on-one coaching program options:
Ad Hoc Engagement
You receive one 60-minute session scheduled at a mutually convenient time at the current hourly rate. The decision to continue is conveyed at the end of each session.
Six-Session Engagement
You receive six, 60-minute sessions held bi-weekly at a mutually convenient time at a discounted hourly rate. You also receive one 20-minute touch-base call in between scheduled sessions if needed.
12-Session Engagement
You receive 12, 60-minute sessions, held bi-weekly at a mutually convenient time, at a discounted hourly rate. You also receive two 20-minute calls in between scheduled sessions.
Group Coaching and Advisory Services
To gain the most out of your team, I also offer group coaching and advisory services:
Group coaching sessions for leadership teams or intact work teams. Teams will be led through interactive exercises to learn more about one another and build foundational knowledge of effective communication during change. Through facilitated discussions, the team will apply their learnings to a current situation they are experiencing in real time, discuss options and scenarios, and agree on a path forward. Group coaching goals are discussed and agreed to in advance. The outcome will be:
- Enhanced team effectiveness
- Improved culture and communication within the team and for the organization
- Better overall performance.
Advisory services focus on providing insight and counseling to your leadership and/or communications team as they develop and implement transformational change programs. We will review the change initiative goals and outcomes, assess the current state of the change journey, apply my proprietary change framework, and create a strategy and plan to successfully implement the desired change. The outcome will be:
- Clarity on expected outcomes and identification of what’s working and what’s not.
- Improved connection between and among team members and strategies for gaining a deeper connection and buy-in for the change with employees.
- Increased awareness of the impact of the change and strategies for demonstrating care for employees as they progress through the change journey.
- Specific actions for progressing forward with renewed focus, energy, and courage.
